The maisonette can accommodate up to 8 people in a comfortable and modern environment that harmoniously combines the coastline. The residence is built in an elegant garden with trees, free parking and a children’s playground. The building is just 30 meters from the beach!

Your security is our primary concern and the house is equipped with alarm system, security door and fire detection system. Still, a first aid kit is provided.

The fully equipped accommodation has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, while the balconies offer wonderful sea views. The interiors have individually adjustable air conditioners. There is also wireless internet with a host of facilities throughout the area.

On the ground floor are available:

Fully equipped kitchen with two fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and cutlery.
A comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV and a dining area, a bathroom and a washing machine.

On the floor there are:

Two bedrooms, bathroom and wardrobes. From the balconies of the rooms there is a table and chairs to enjoy the immense sea view.
